Have you ever thought about doing a doctorate?
In 2024 we will offer the one-to-one mentoring program perspEktIve M again. perspEktIve M is aimed at female students related to the Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematics who are at least in their 4th bachelor's semester or already in their master's degree. The aim of the program is to inform female students about careers in science. The mentoring supports you in answering for yourself: "Do I want to do a PhD?"
In a one-to-one mentoring with academic staff of the faculty as mentors, you will gain an insight into the work at the university and helpful tips on preparing for the doctoral phase. The mentoring relationship is accompanied by workshops and a social program in which the students network with each other. The program can easily be completed alongside your studies.
For example, mentees can take part in the workshop Thesis Writing for Bachelor and Master Students in STEM Disciplines (English) by the Kompetenzzentrum Schreiben on May 4, 2024.
