In the summer semester of 2021, the six-month one-to-one mentoring program perspEktIve M will once again take place online.
perspEktIve M is aimed at female students related to professorships of the SFB 901 and the faculty EIM, who are at least in the 4th bachelor semester or already in the master. The goal of the program is to inform female students about career paths in science. The mentoring assists female students to answer for themselves: "Do I want to do a PhD?"
Through one-to-one mentoring with academic staff from within the faculty, female students can get an insight into the work at the university and helpful tips on how to prepare for the doctoral phase. Mentoring is accompanied by workshops and a social program in which female students can network with each other. The program can easily be completed alongside studies.
