Wei­er­straß-Prize for Ex­cel­lent Teach­ing 2014

Mr Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hilleringmann is appointed with the Weierstraß-Prize for his lecture "Halbleiterbauelemente" in the area of basic research as well as, for his continuing lectures "Technologie hochintegrierter Schaltungen" and "Mikrosystemtechnik" in WS 2013/14. In SS2013 he gave the lectures "Halbleiterprozesstechnik", "Mikrosensorik" and "RFID-Funketiketten: Aufbau und Funktion".

Mr Hilleringmann shows a lot of commitment during his lectures. He explains motivating, committed and comprehensible. For this, his students praise Mr Hilleringmann in their evaluations and comments. At the compulsory course "Halbleiterbauelemente", with a comparatively high number of attendees, this high level of approval is striking and magnificent.

Mr Dipl.-Ing. Markus Henning will be appointed with the Weierstraß-Prize for his tutorials for the lecture "Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik A". This presentation is a lecture during the first semester of the Bachelor courses electrical engineering, computer engineering and industrial engineering electrical engineering. His students praise him especially for his humorous and calm nature in teaching. The tutorial is visited by over 100 students and features a high mathematical portion.
