Degree programme representatives are responsible for the studyability, further development and evaluation of each degree programme. In some cases, a commission (programme content and quality commission) is responsible for this task.

QM committees operate at the level of Institutes E, I and M. They meet at least twice a year (once per semester) and as required. QM representatives maintain close contact with SGBs and students. The QM officer of the institute liaises with the QVK member of the institute on the use of quality improvement funds.
